This coffee beverage was all the rave in 2020! I can’t pin point who or where exactly I first heard of it from, but its most likely through instagram or from friends. I’m sure you can find recipes like this all over the internet! I didn’t create this recipe, but I do make it pretty often and I would like to share it and keep it here for my reference.

Dalgona Coffee

Fancy looking coffee beverage with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp boiling water

Instructions

• Add instant coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl and whip the mixture until thick and foamy
• Scoop whipped coffee on top of milk and enjoy
