Ginger Scallion Oil Focaccia [Sourdough or Yeasted]

Scallion Ginger Oil Focaccia

If you’re a fan of focaccia and love exploring bold flavors, you’re in for a treat with this Scallion Ginger Oil Focaccia. I decided to put a fun twist on this classic Italian bread by incorporating one of my favorite Chinese flavors: ginger scallion oil. The result is a savory focaccia that’s packed with unique and delicious flavors.

Why This Recipe Is a Game Changer

I’ve always enjoyed experimenting with different flavors in my bread-making adventures. After perfecting my chili oil focaccia, I wondered what it would be like to use ginger scallion oil instead. Though I haven’t quite perfected my own ginger scallion oil yet, I discovered MìLà Ginger Scallion Sauce, which is seriously delicious 😋. This sauce became the star of this focaccia recipe, and the results were outstanding.
