I’m a sucker for free baby registry boxes—especially since welcoming a baby into the world can be so expensive. Between bottles, diapers, wipes, and all the little things you don’t think about until you need them, every bit of free help counts!
I’ve already gotten my Amazon 2025 Baby Registry Welcome Box Review, Target 2025 Baby Registry Welcome Box Review, and Kohl’s 2025 Baby Registry Welcome Box Review so naturally, I had to try Babylist’s Hello Baby Box too. Out of all the registry boxes I’ve claimed so far, this one had the most samples and the best coupons.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to get your Babylist Hello Baby Box and what came in mine!
How to Receive Your Babylist Hello Baby Welcome Box
Babylist’s process is slightly more involved than Target’s or Kohl’s, but totally doable. Here’s a simple step-by-step:
1. Create a Babylist Registry
Start by creating your Babylist Baby Registry (it’s free!) at babylist.com. You can add items from any store, which is one of the biggest perks of using Babylist.
2. Add items to your registry
Add at least 3 items from the Babylist Shop and 3 items from other stores to your registry. You’ll need these to meet the eligibility requirement for the Hello Baby Box.
3. Make a purchase of $30+ from your registry
You (or someone else) must purchase at least $30 worth of items from your registry (before tax and shipping) from the Babylist shop.
4. Pay shipping for the box
Once your purchase is complete and your registry is eligible, you’ll receive an email with a link to claim your box. You’ll just need to pay for shipping, which is typically around $8.95.
5. Claim your Hello Baby Box
Follow the link in your email, add the box to your cart, and check out! It usually ships within 2–4 weeks.

My Thoughts
Overall, I think the Babylist Hello Baby Box is definitely worth claiming. It’s a fun mix of full-size items and samples that give you a chance to test out different bottle and diaper brands before committing to a big box.
The box also feels thoughtfully curated, and I appreciated that it came items/samples that are not available in the Amazon, Target, and Kohls boxes.
If I had to rank the boxes I’ve received so far:
- Amazon Baby Registry Box – most full-size products and high value
- Babylist Hello Baby Box – fun and brand-diverse, worth it if you’re already a Babylist user
- Target Baby Registry Box – easy to redeem, solid mix of samples
- Kohl’s Baby Registry Box – easiest to claim, but smaller samples
