Becoming a parent is a life-changing journey, filled with a whirlwind of emotions—excitement, anxiety, fear, and everything in between. It’s also a significant financial commitment, as baby essentials can be surprisingly expensive. That’s why it feels like such a blessing when companies like Amazon and Target offer something as thoughtful as a free Baby Registry Welcome Box. A small gesture like this can truly mean the world to an expecting parent—it’s a little moment of joy and anticipation amidst all the planning.
In this post, I’ll walk you through the steps I followed to receive my free Baby Registry Welcome Box from Target, and share what was inside!
How to receive your Target’s free Baby Registry Welcome Box
- Create a Target Account: Sign up for a free Target account to start creating your registry. This gives you access to Target rewards program called “Target Circle”
- Create a Baby Registry: Set up an Target Baby Registry and add 10 unique items to your registry
- Make a $10 Purchase from your registry (either by you or your friends and family). This does not have to be baby related. I bought some maternity leggings, but you can add literally put anything in your registry and purchase it from your registry.
- Access the Welcome Kit Offer
After 24-48 hours, a Target Circle coupon should be issued. It will be labeled as “Welcome Kit” on the Target Circle dashboard when you login. - Claim the Welcome Box: From the dashboard, add the Welcome Kit to cart. At checkout, the Welcome Kit offer (coupon) will be applied so you will only need to pay for shipping ($5.99).
