Crumble Topping (Streusel)

Ingredients

  • 75 g all purpose flour
  • 50 g light brown sugar
  • 30 g cane sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Melt butter and mix it into the flour mixture until it becomes crumbly. Once the mixture is crumbly, it is ready to use. Do not over mix.
