Equipment

Ingredients

  • 50 g sourdough discard
  • 25 g honey
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 g salt
  • 100 g old fashion oats
  • raw almonds
  • black sesame seeds
  • dried goji berries
  • dried pineapple

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325F. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  • Mix together the wet ingredients + salt and dry ingredients separately then evenly mix the dry ingredients into the wet. Then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking tray and evenly spread it out.
  • Bake until the granola are toasted and crispy— about 18 minutes. Occasionally, check in on the granola, rotating the baking tray to ensure even cooking and to make sure that the goji berries do not burn.
  • Let the granola completely cool, then transfer to an air tight container for storage. Enjoy within 3 months.
